How quickly will my order arrive?
We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. Within the Netherlands (PostNL) and Belgium (Bpost), delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days. To the rest of Europe we ship with DHL and FedEx, with delivery in 3 to 8 working days.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
We reship at no cost. If your order arrived wrong, was lost in transit, or was never delivered, contact us with your order number. If the carrier has recorded the parcel as delivered, we will ask you for their proof of delivery and open an investigation with them before reshipping.
