Shipping Policy

We ship Monday through Saturday, often the same day. As a rule your order leaves us within 24 hours of payment. In busy periods this can take longer, so we work to a maximum of 48 hours. We do not ship on Sundays.

Within the Netherlands we ship with PostNL and within Belgium with Bpost, both delivering in 1 to 2 working days. To the rest of Europe we ship with DHL and FedEx, with delivery in 3 to 8 working days depending on the destination.

Every shipment is tracked and packed discreetly in plain packaging. You receive your tracking code as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Orders over 150 euro ship free.

You are responsible for ensuring that importing research materials is permitted in your jurisdiction. Any customs fees or import duties are the recipient's responsibility.
