By using the website you confirm that you have read and understood these terms, that you are at least 18 years old, that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and that you accept everything set out here.

We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after a change counts as acceptance of it. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

Research use only. Every product we sell is intended for laboratory and in vitro research. They are not intended for human consumption, not for use in animals, and they are not foods, cosmetics or medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

By placing an order you confirm that you will use the products solely for legitimate research, and that you will handle, store and dispose of them in accordance with applicable law and good laboratory practice.

Use of the website. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or resell content from this website, and you may not use our logos, text, images, video or trademarks without our written permission. Using the website for unlawful purposes, or in breach of any law or regulation, is not permitted.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where there is an obvious error in price or product information, or where we have reasonable doubt about the intended use.

All prices are in euro. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. Any customs charges, import duties or taxes due on arrival in the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

It is your responsibility to ensure that importing and possessing research materials is permitted in your country. Please check this before ordering.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the products outside their intended research purpose.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
