Payment Methods

You can pay at MyPeptidesLab with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer from any European bank within the SEPA zone, and with crypto. All amounts are charged in euro (EUR).

If you pay by iDEAL, Bancontact, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, your payment is confirmed immediately and your order goes straight into processing.

If you choose bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the payment details. Always quote your order number as the payment reference, otherwise we cannot match your payment to your order and dispatch will be delayed.

For bank transfers we hold your order for seven days. If we receive no payment within that period the order may lapse automatically. A transfer within the SEPA zone usually takes 1 to 3 working days, and processing and dispatch begin once the amount has been credited.

Payments within the SEPA zone are normally free of charge. Any costs for transfers from outside the SEPA zone are the customer's responsibility.

We will never ask you to share sensitive payment details by email or chat. Pay only through the checkout on our website or using the details in your order confirmation. If a message that appears to come from us leaves you in any doubt, contact us first.
