What is the Pre-Fill Service?
The Pre-Fill Service reconstitutes your chosen peptide before dispatch and supplies it in a pen cassette rather than a vial, delivered chilled. It is offered in two options: the cassette on its own, or a reusable pen together with the cassette. The pen is not consumed in use — you keep it and replace only the cassette. What is the difference between Pen + cassette and Cassette only?
Cassette only supplies the filled cassette by itself, for researchers who already have a compatible reusable pen. Pen + cassette adds the pen, so it is the option to choose the first time. Current prices for both options are shown on this page.
Are pen needles included?
No. Pen needles are sold separately and can be added from the accessories category, in packs of 5, 10, 15 or 20. The cassette and the pen are supplied without needles.
How should the cassette be stored?
